Using Visa Gift Cards - Guild Wars Forums

Has anyone had any luck using prepaid Visa Gift Cards in the in-game store or at NCSoft? In the in-game store it is denied for risk management and at the NCSoft website it is "Refused." I'm trying to purchase Nightfall and this process is making it very difficult. Is there any trick to making them accept these cards, or am I just out of luck?

Got one from my aunt for Christmas, the paper inside the folder thing they gave it to her in says "If you wish to use your card for Internet, telephone or mail transactions, you must first register your card by calling #-###-###-####."

Don't know if you have something that it came in with a number for it, but that's how mine is.

I've heard apparently the online store won't accept all gift cards. You were probably just unlucky and got one of the ones it simply won't recognize.

Stupid online store...
